Due to the lack of awareness among the intended beneficiaries, the majority of laws tend to be ineffective during the implementation phase. Knowledgeable people are better able to demand justice, accountability, and effective remedies at all levels. The main objective is to raise people's awareness of their problems and give them the confidence to use the legal system to seek justice. Due to hesitation and fear of working with attorneys, legal matters, and the legal system in general, more than 50% of people decide against participating in the process. The mere existence of laws is insufficient. What matters is your future application of those laws. Legal illiterates may develop a fear of and animosity toward the law.
